Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA — the standard referenced by Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (O. Reg. 191/11). We design and build new pages with this standard in mind and progressively improve existing ones to meet it.

Conformance status

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.0 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means some content does not yet fully meet the standard. We actively identify and remediate gaps, prioritizing the most-used pages.

Measures we take

Accessibility is considered in the design and development of new pages.
We use semantic markup and interface components that provide keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, and assistive-technology roles and names.
We respect user preferences such as reduced motion, and we do not disable browser zoom.
We periodically review the site for accessibility barriers and track remediation.
